CECILIA MCKENNEY ALLOWS REPS TO PARTICIPATE IN TTL
I have received some emails from employees who think they cannot participate in Take the Lead. I want to clarify eligibility for Take the Lead. Commissioned Representatives are eligible for Take the Lead for the segment they don’t sell to.
· For example, a Residential Call Center representative can refer business leads and a Business call Center representative can refer residential leads
All Classifications in all areas should be selecting their vacations for 2011.

Subject: RE: Ending the year
Hi again everyone,
I have received some emails from employees who think they cannot participate in Take the Lead. I want to clarify eligibility for Take the Lead. Commissioned Representatives are eligible for Take the Lead for the segment they don’t sell to.
· For example, a Residential Call Center representative can refer business leads and a Business call Center representative can refer residential leads
· The Powerpoint presentation attached outlines all the Take the Lead Program details
Take the Lead Contacts:
North Central Properties (NCP): 888-772-3501
WV (New Frontier): 800-220-5894
All other areas: 888-392-5323 (LEAD) option 1 for Residential, option 2 for Business
Residential Leads for East Region After Hours or Community Events- 866-544-5585.
· The Link has all the submission information…cut and paste this in your web browser to get to it:
So all employees are eligible in the call centers for the Super Bowl incentive, beyond the great incentives month by month that we have like Wrap It Up that we don’t offer to all employees.
Thanks,
Cecilia
