I look forward to the vote on Thursday. I believe the membership has the right to decide who will represent them during the next 3 years. I have been involved in the union for the last 25 years and would like to continue. I miss very few meetings and am committed to my responsibilities as vice chairperson. If you re-elect me, I will try to bring jobs to Johnstown, keep insurance percentages down, and fight for the best contract for all members.
ReplyDeleteJust for the record, Gill, at the negotiation table, got us the 20 WAH jobs. Thank you Gil for all you do for the members, we do not say that enough.
Please consider your vote carefully on Thursday. Thank you for your support over the many years.
Thank you to all of the candidates for volunteering to run for union office and giving your time for the betterment of your fellow IBEW members. You should each be commended for taking an active role in helping make us all stronger. Good luck to each and every one of you and thank you again.
ReplyDeleteI would like to wish Nancy, Eric and Kathy the best of luck tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteThe three of you should be commended in what the three of you are doing. Your display of brotherhood and the desire to work for your brothers and sisters to attain better working conditions and job security is second to none. Sam and I are both proud to say you are our brothers and sisters.
Good Luck
Fraternally yours
gil
Good luck to all. I hope everyone takes the oppurtunity to vote. I've seen alot of things happen to this union in 20 years and I want to see it get the respect, and the reward that it is due. I have a tireless work ethic and when I do something, it's 110%. I want to secure our future, as your vice-chair, in the same manner. Your vote for Eric Dillenback, will be a benefit for everyone that is bonded together by this union. Your support is appreciated. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI also wish all good luck today. I have made myself very clear at all union meetings and labor management meetings that we need to make changes for the best of all classifactions...By atanding together we can and will make this happen.. UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL..
ReplyDeleteI have also attended most union meetings. I think when it comes to our elected officers we need to remember who has been there listening to our concerns and working for us and who has not. Who has proven they will work hard for us and who says they will but has no record of doing it for us to look at and judge.
