On Friday September 16th the Union and Company completed their seventh day at the bargaining table. Both sides will be back at the bargaining table on Monday September 26th.
The Union Team would like to thank all the members who have sent and showed their support.
Here are seven(7) of the major language topics that have both sides staying strong on their respective proposals and /or interpretations:

EVERYONE GO TO THEIR UNION MEETING TUESDAY NIGHT. THERE IS A MEETING IN EVERY AREA.

No mention of a pay rate increase for those of us in areas of a high cost of living? Is that also on the table or would that be something not done at (as this seems regional) this type of meeting?
ReplyDeleteWe need to move forward with positive ideas and comments. Only as a unified force can we bargain effectively. The company needs to realize that we are ready to strike if necessary. We will stay as long as it takes to realize our goals.
ReplyDeleteIBEW members... we would like to show our support for our Union by wearing our IBEW 363 Union shirts every Monday during negotiations.. please let's unite together and show the company that we stand behind our Union and will not be intimidated.
