Today the Company and Union will be heading back to the bargaining table to continue negotiations. Please continue to check the blog for updates.
Today our Negotiations Team will start this week off with the real Battle ahead with the Company just take a deep breath and What ever happens What ever they say what ever threats are made to make us afraid remember we hold all the marbles this Time and unless they play by our rules then we will do what ever it takes to get a fair wage fair medial cost and be respected for who we are and what we do every single day for this company . FTR says they value us but I never ever see it in fact In the east region here in NY we are used and abused by this company daily we are never treated as others sectors ....SO STAND STRONG STAND TALL STAND TOGETHER AND LETS GET THIS DONE .MAY THE FORCE BE WITH US ALL
We just learned today that they are making changes to WFM because we are a "National Center" and we have to "help each other out". If we are expected to bail out the other centers and do their work too, we deserve to be paid the same as them. It's not right that assigners in Sun Prairie and West Virginia are making way more money to do the same work. Sherburne is supposed to be the center of excellence and the company craps on us every chance we get, but they pay the other assigners a lot better to do crappy work. WE DESERVE BETTER!!!
Please continue to stick together. Shout OMAHA!. Wear similar color shirts to show solidarity. It's not over yet. It's just begun. Never tire of fighting for your future.

ReplyDeletePay inequality is a HUGE issue. Our WV counterparts get paid a lot more money for doing less work and doing their work incorrectly!
