Unit 43 Elections

 

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

 Unit 43 Ballots were mailed out tonight. When you receive your ballot please fill it out and return as soon as possible . 

If you do not receive a ballot or lost your ballot email newcity363@gmail.com to receive a new one. 

All ballots must be postmarked no later than Nov 20th and received before 1pm on Nov 22nd.

IBEW 363 UNIT 43 ELECTIONS: 

 

 

The election vote shall be by secret mail ballot. A Ballot will be mailed to all members on October 29, 2021.  Ballots must be returned inside the secret ballot envelope in the self-addressed envelope in time to be received at the designated Post Office box by 1:00pm on November 22, 2021.

When You Receive your Ballot:

 

1.    Remove the ballot , ballot envelope  and return addressed envelope

2.    Put a “ X”  for your choice of  candidate in each category

3.    Put the  ballot in the envelope marked Official Ballot

4.    Put The Official Ballot Envelope in the Self Addressed Numbered Return Envelope

5.    Put a Stamp on the Envelope and mail it

 

 

If you do not receive your ballot by November 3^rd or lost your ballot you must email Gil Heim at newcity363@gmail.com to receive a new ballot.

 

The ballots will be counted immediately after being picked-up at the post office and upon return to Local Union 363’s New City Office  – 8 Taylor Lane, New City, NY 10956 and the results shall be announced immediately after all ballots are counted. The results will be emailed and texted to everyone. The results will also be posted on www.363united.blogspot.com and www.363ibew.com. 

 

              FOR YOUR BALLOT TO BE COUNTED:

 

All Ballots Must Be Returned In the Numbered Self Addressed Envelope, Have a Stamp, Postmarked NO LATER THAN November 20th and be in the box at 169 S. Main Street #406 by 1pm on November 22nd.
