voting down the companies Last and Best offer
3. Cecilia and Bobby C in Baltimore to discuss the Spinco contract that was
voted down before the holidays
This months union meeting in Johnstown we will discuss the Retail Store Closings in NY and the status of two of our members that were terminated due to the Retail store Closings.
I hope to see a huge turn out a Johnstown Union Meeting. I will be there and will be taking note of who is NOT there. United We Stand! TN and CA we are united behind you good luck and let us know if there is anything we can do in 363.

ReplyDeleteSetting the record straight....Give credit when is due ''''Regarding the $50 the only reason why you saw this in your 12/22 check is thanks to two collection reps that caught it and reported it. If these two individuals did not speak and raise hell NONE OF YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THIS. Like they say out of sight out of mind, but not out of mine that is for sure.
ReplyDeleteMessage for Gil, I love how you post on this website about the $50 bonus. I believe in accountability, so let's set the record straight, if it wasn't for me forcing this issue no member of Frontier 363 would have gotten this bonus. Thanks to a coworker of mine who brought it to my attention to address. So funny how I have posted a few statements and so far till this date I do not see them posted. Remember Negotiations is not just about upstate and techs. Collections has lost all trust in the Union in order for us to believe again changes need to be made. Actions need to speak very louder than the words of a union. We are brother's and sister's than dedicate the same amount of trust and challange to all parties. Its a shame that a contract written black and white all of a sudden have statements in favor of the company in between the lines. What are we going to do about our Collection's Bonus, where are we with that. I was going to the meeting today, but I said why should I, We have lost all ability to trust and I just could not come to the term of doing, why you made ask why because I realized that at our last negotiation Collections is treated like a non union department and we are the root of protecting and collecting the revenue and our justice is valuable as any other department in the east if not MORE. So I this time I don't expect for you to post this, but hope you do read it and think about what I am saying, go deep in thought to feel what this department is feeling. Thanks
ReplyDeleteDear Maggie How is it you are able to get such a healthy bonus when we do not have enough money to keep our customers retail stores open or even more important we do not have the money to update our outside plant so the customers you claim to put first will have a much better experience with our high speed services.
