2016 Bargaining Commenced
Today the Company ad Union exchanged proposals on Contract Language. Both parties agreed to come to an agreement that is in the best interest of all parties and especially our customers.
Lets change the pay within the tiers , not fair certain people are getting paid more than others to do the same job...lets also look at the crooked attendance system !!!
Please Bring us Back Better Medical and NO LUMP SUMS!!!
