IBEW 363 held the ratification informational meeting for the Ball Can Plant Members. We would like to Thank everyone who attended. There was great dialogue and many excellent questions were asked.
The Ballots have been mailed to everyone's house. Please make sure you vote and send the ballot back.
The contract vote shall be by secret mail ballot. A Ballot has been mailed to all the members on Friday February 16, 2018. Ballots must be returned inside the secret ballot envelope in the self-addressed envelope in time to be received at the designated Post Office box by 11:00am on March 27, 2018.

The ratified contract is out and we have heard the proposals. Before this we all heard our fellow co-workers address their concerns of more personal days, sick days, better health coverage, and better pay. Though some issues such as vacations have been address there this is still enough "money on the table" that is not in this contract. I ask my brothers and sisters to think if this new contract is truely what you want, if another three years of the same old is what you were truely hoping for. Do not be discouraged by the idea that the company had nothing to offer, as any successful company would never show their cards. Stand up for what you wanted and stand UNITED.
