  3. Way to go 363!! Way to show Frontier We'll fight for what's right- Congrats to Penny on Keeping Your Job!! To the Post above, hoping the Company will "think with Their head next time". Unfortunately, The Brains of this Company are not in Their Heads, It's in Their "cheeks"-- and not the Facial Ones.

  4. hooray for Penny everyone knows she's good people, alas the fights not over, they'll just target someone else, senior management are a bunch of carpet baggers who don't like good HONEST people they just want money and they dont care who, or how many lives they destroy to further thier greed

  5. Why do I have to talk to a Rep in Florida when I have a question on My bill, or have to move My service?? They are so rude and You cant understand Them. Is Frontier hiring illegal immigrants??

  6. Is the Birthday updater on vacation? Or maybe it's just the same person who's supposed to be posting the overtime opportunities on the Union boards cuz he's not doing that either.

  7. to "Mrs Betty Granford": You're not alone. As an employee of this Company, the quality of the Reps in Deland Fl and Burnsville MN has been sharply declining for Years- then SLT wonders Why Customers are leaving in droves?? Duh!!!

That might be a question for Maggie Wilderrotter Betty. You can reach her in Stamford, CT (also not an area that we service). Be sure to let us all know what her response is because we'd also all like to know the answer to that question considering we spend countless hours cleaning up their messes.

  9. Agro-Farma, maker of Chobani "Greek Style" Yogurt, established in 2007 now employs over 600 People in Their New Berlin NY Plant. This appears to be One of the most successful and GENEROUS Companies in Central NY. They just donated $150,000 to the Village of New Berlin to construct new Little League Fields, to replace the Ones on land being sold to the Milford Prep Academy in New Berlin NY. I'm embarrassed that a Company the size of Frontier does so little for the Communities it serves-- in terms of Monetary donations. Yeah, Yeah, We all know about the Dollars in Salaries paid to Employees- and that counts for a lot. However, Agro-Farma also pays out huge Payroll AND finds add'l funds to donate-- while continuing to build Their Company, Very Impressive and a Brilliant PR Move that will surely pay huge "Dividends" down the Road. But, Agro-Farma doesn't have a BLOATED AND OVERPAID SENIOR MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE SUFFOCATING It's Employees and CUSTOMERS. Wake up Frontier. Your Customers (I'm a small business owner in Central NY AND ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, FOR NOW) are watching You carefully. You're being outdone by a Small 4 Yr old Company Who may be planning to steal all of Your long-tenured Talent.

  10. Frontier in Florida always left one wondering were the heck are they getting thse people.. they dont care and never will its a revolving door there and the sad part is they dont care either.. As once said you get what you pay for. Frontier has yet to understand cheaper is not better in this case.. maybe if they lose enough customers they will get it.. And for sure not till Maggie is gone. Its understood Fla is her pet project its not going to change till she is gone to the vineyards and the Board sees the light

  13. Close ratios not in our contrct can not be used, unless we let that happend.. we again need to stand together and say NO to that one...

    ReplyDelete
  14. To WAH Reps...supervisors are starting to send us e-mails with information about 'close ratios'. Please know that this is not a gate that affects P4P and cannot be used against you. Do not let them intimidate you with these numbers. This is nothing we need to be concerned with. They will try to make you think differently but do not buy into the scare tactics.

Where is this Save team going to end up? If we really wanted this to work we all would want the existing individuals continue with the save work so we can show NY shines.

Yes, I am currently a member of the save team and am proud of it. What is the difference of me doing save team work and the members from the other unit going to West Virginia???
