Betty Vasquez - Collections for Vice Chair.
My goal in being elected to Vice Chair is to be able to provide the best efforts possible to suit our Union Members. It is extremely important and fair to vote for someone that works inside to represent the Collections/Bilingual department as well only fair to vote someone from outside to represent our brothers & sisters that work in our fields and assuring our customers are getting the best service possible.
Being elected will give me the ability to speak on our behave, express our dedication to our job functions, to show Frontier we are the best offline collections office and outstanding bilingual center they have. To ensure they understand the importance of us receiving a fair contract and some assuredness of job security.

ReplyDeleteIt should not be about outside/inside. Even though lets put it out there. Collections feels like that since the majority of the time all we hear about is outside issues. But this is not the time for nit picking one another! We need to be **United** make informed decisions together. Discuss what issues are in ALL departments. Stand together!! The people running for office should not attach each other either. We are ALL not PERFECT! Think about it. They are ALL able to bring something to the table. Mike maybe has not put in for a management position but isn't he acting as an in-charge? Hmm.. Just sayin...

More of a reason to vote for Mike or Hank...they wont have a problem standing up to management in collections...
