  3. Dan McCarthy CEO Frontier Communications: November 16, 2016

"So Frontier plans to become more engaged with the community and deliver better service locally" by… getting rid of 1,000 local employees and centralizing its resources somewhere else, probably in another state. The cherry on top? Frontier also implemented a rate hike for customers to enjoy.

    1. Insanity: Doing the same thing, over and over, and expecting a different result... In a Layoff, it's the revenue-producing folks (The external customer) that ultimately suffers, with poorer service, increasing port out lists. Nine (Yes, 9) EVP's, and less competent employees to serve the customer...this folks is ultimate insanity.

  7. We need to vote NO - and stand by it. We want 2 years of No Layoffs for Us 363 added in the contract and at least 2%, 2.5%, 3 & 3.5% and stand by it. This company has something up it's sleeve - Just wait and see.
