  1. Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We have reached a tentative agreement and will present everything we were able to get at our meetings during the week of Nov 29.

We were able to reach this agreement due to the support of all our brothers and sisters. We are in the process to get everyone the clearance to attend the meeting in your area, even if you are scheduled to work.

The committee can only ask everyone to not buy into the rumor mill and be patient until the informational meetings. If we did not have a holiday this week we would of been able to do the meetings a week earlier.

    Thank you.

    Fraternally Yours

  2. Lots of rumors running around out there. Don't listen!!!

Directory, 911, Repair, CFMC departments frozen wages???

    Vacation issues???

These are a couple of the rumors running around out there. Please wait until the meetings to understand all the information in the "new" contract.

I am sure the negotiation committee did the best they could do, and now it is your turn. Listen to the presentations, make a decision based on what you hear, what you need for your family, and what you feel the company would give if the team had to go back to the table.

We cannot make any decisions until we hear the information. We should not be getting upset until we hear all of the information. Otherwise, we are right where the company wants us....in disarray and not united at all.

Please, listen and then vote......we need to stay united!!!

We need to recognize the dedicated job the negotiating committee did, and that they are willing to go back to the table should the membership decide the contract is not good enough. I am sure there was a time when they realized that enough is enough, the company is not moving or willing to give anything up, so let the people decide.

Remember it is still in the memberships hands!!! The committee speaks for us!!! You vote!!!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving, enjoy the family gatherings, and see you at the meetings!!

  3. Gil,

On the back of every ballot should be:

    1.
    2.
    3.

so that anyone who casts a "NO" vote can list the top 3, if needed, reasons why.

When you go back to the table in December, you will know what specifically in the contract we don't like.

  4. I hope everyone is making arrangements to make these meetings!!! This is VERY important. This is something that cannot be ignored! For those who talk the talk but don't do anything else. This is the time to put ur money where ur mouth is!!!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Agree with post above !
If you talk the talk then you better back it up and walk the walk ! this is not the time to be wishy washy about the contract as previous post stated "make no decisions with out hearing what the offer is " Make No Decision based on rumor's and make no decision from listening to you imediate supervisor's tale of doom and gloom! This will be a united and well informed decision that we will all make together ! Now is the time for us to set the tone for future contracts to come ! This is what we have wanted for so long a UNITED FRONT with 100% participation from our Brothers and Sisters , So come to work and give as we always do 150% to Company and Customer as we have always done ! There will be a time for our voice to be heard with a YES or a NO ! but until them Relax and stand united and do not listen to the rummor mill !
UNITED WE STAND AND UNITED WE STAY

  7. Fed Up With FrontierNovember 23, 2010 at 8:52 AM

This should be interesting. I wonder what crap frontier is offering this time. They think we will cave again. All the scare tactics need to be ignored. This is the way of management. None of us want to strike but none of us want another garbage contract even more. We have been treated poorly for far too long. As a WAH I have finally made it to the bottom of the pay scale. When I see my paycheck I wonder why I put up with this when I can make the same money doing something else with half the stress. Also being at home has taken me away from the crap that management pulls on a daily basis with the scare tactics. Do not believe them, do not drink the koolaid. We need to stay united, don't back down. Remember all the past lies. I want a fair contract for ALL. We will set the standard for years to come with this contract. Everyone needs to make it to the meeting, no excuses. I have a prior commitment, but I will be there, this is too important to miss. Stand strong together. We are all here for each other.

  8. Ok so we are getting asked to participate in all kinds of holiday functions for the company. They are asking for us to participate in holiday parades and adopt families for christmas and other things we have done over the years that make Frontier look good. Don't get me wrong I think giving at this time of year is a wonderful thing. But I think we can all find other ways to do it that is not reflecting how "wonderful" Frontier is at our expense again. We all have local churchs, schools and other organizations that collect at this time of year. We should be particpating in those when we want to and not in the ones being requested from our local management that make Frontier look good. I for one will still give to the charity I personally give to every year but I will NOT be adopting any families or marching in any parades on frontier's behalf.

  9. In response to possum Pete(11/22 @9:14am). The issue about vacation picks is not a rumor, it is FACT... Now why is it that the UNION can leak the information about Schedule E pay freeze, but not the vacation issue?? Is it because the company put the pay freeze on the table & the UNION put the vacation issue on the table????

    ReplyDelete
  10. so with the vacation mess. when our college students need rides to & from or other children need appointments -- is the union going to provide us with a service for this . Since now we can not schedule for these thing in advance??????

    ReplyDelete
  11. Response about vacation post and the one after that You need to hear what is said at the radification meeting before you get all twisted. Possum Pete makes alot of sense where as you seem to think only of yourself.

  12. Until it's in your hand in black and white, it IS a RUMOR! It may or may not have substance behind it, but that is what classifies it as a rumor. Wait for the informational meetings, read and listen to the information presented there, those are the only FACTS! Make tour decision based only on the facts. Who presented what is irrelevant until it is presented in context of the entire agreement. STAY UNITED, don't drink the Kool Aid or fall for the rumor mill/scare tactics.

    ReplyDelete
  13. In response to the above post regarding giving to charity, I agree. I am a firm believer in giving back, but why should we continue to make Frontier look wonderful in the public's eyes when they refuse to give to their own employee's? I've always given to the worthwhile charities Frontier has asked for $ for HOWEVER, I am done. If they don't care enough about their own employees to give them a decent contract I will give extra to the charities I give to personally each year. Sorry Frontier it's "an eye for an eye".

  14. OMG STOP, STOP, JUST STOP IT ! This blog is for everyone to see and that includes FRONTIER SLT.363 members should not be expressing our feelings against other union persons in this forum do it in private,Im sure our negotiateing team would be happy to answer an email from you! ~~LET ME REPEAT ONCE AGAIN~~~! WE DO NOT KNOW what is in this contract so why are you listening to what you think is fact.Take your energy energy focused on the company and what crapp they are handing us! Start preparing for our strike make some picket signs ! take your energy and make plans to be at the informational meeting,*No excuses* take your energy and write down your questions that you have and want answers to as you expressed above, You are allowing the waiting and the rumors to get to you "STOP"! We are all in this together we need to stand united and strong, thats what keeps us commited to the plan!Remember THE PLAN, we have never in the history of 363 Brotherhood have we had 100% unity as we do now! It speaks volumes to Frontier and they should be worried very worried! Thats the kind of result we want to inflict not the snipeing at our union reps or co-workers. JUST REMEMBER do not listen to what you think was leaked out as being fact because we truely do not have the facts yet. Have a great Turkey Day And get your butts to the meetings next week it is our future hanging in the balance! GOBBLE GOBBLE KEPP THE PLAN IN MOTION !

  15. I for one am not going to feed into the rumor mill. I am not very hopeful that this contract is going to be a good one. I am sure our negotiating team did the best that they could but I am not convinced management suddenly grew a conscience and offered us a fair deal. I am going to enjoy this holiday weekend with my family and not waste 1 minute thinking about this company. When Monday comes around I am ready to fight....fight with a NO vote if its not a fair contract for all departments. Have a Happy Thanksgiving IBEW 363. There won't be any Kool Aid on my table.

    ReplyDelete
  16. to Anonymous 11:45 & 11:49, Vacation, really.....You sound like management. What is the mess with vacation?? Like we can actually get the time needed when we need it unless it is scheduled well in advanced. Try to get time off at the last moment, good luck with that if you are a WAH rep like me. I can't say for any other department. My issues are the way they control my pay based on what I can cram down a customers throat. I can handle collection, repair and service calls but the pay doesn't increase, it decreases. I do the job of 3 people now plus fix the mistakes from Deland and Burnsville because most of those people don't know how to do the job or just don't care. Keep reading management, we are not backing down, keep pushing us, you will find out the hard way. We will strike if you push us to it. WE ARE NOT DRINKING THE KOOL AID. WE ARE TIRED OF BEING TREATED POORLY. WE STAND STRONG TOGETHER. Hey management, maybe you should all get together and stand up to Maggie too. She couldn't run the company without management either. Stand with us instead of against us. Unite with the union employees to really show this company that you are not the same type of money hungry, uncaring, idots that most upper management is. Stop drinking the kool aid.

    ReplyDelete
  17. One step at a time folks. As Gil stated if the holiday wasn't this week we would have been able to have the informational meetings sooner and the vote. Just breathe. We will be presented with facts at the meetings. From there we will all decide which way this will go. management would just keep their mouths shut if they were not nervous about how the next month is going to go. They know we are serious about a fair contract this time and are prepared to do what needs to be done to get it.

We needs to ALL make an effort to get to the meetings, to be educated with the facts and figures and then vote. Management's attempts at putting union members on pins and needles is childish but we all know this company likes to play games so it's not surprising. Don't fall for it.

At the meetings- LISTEN!!! Stop talking among ourselves when Gil, Tom and the others are trying to answer questions. These guys deserve our respect and good manners. So raise your hand, wait to be called on and when you aren't asking the question, be quiet and listen to the answers. There is no "that question doesn't affect me" because it ALL affects ALL of us. We are going into this as a united group so act like one!

Have an awesome holiday brothers and sisters. We will prevail and we will set the precedent for the other unions!

    Don't Drink the Kool-Aid!!!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Let me just say that two wrongs don't make a right but we need to stop allowing management to harass us in the workplace. They are creating a hostile work environment and that is illegal. If you personally feel harassed then file a report with your union rep. Someone in management is going to get tired real quick of having to deal with multiple reports.

There are more of us than there are of them. We need to keep that mentality. We have strength in numbers, people- numbers and SKILLS. If the company won't work for a harmonious work environment then we need to just do our jobs. Period. Nothing more unless we are given more.

Get a little cocky- we deserve to be- we're the ones with the know-how, not them.

The rumor mill is fed by the fear of management that we will walk. They are justified in that thought because it is a reality. The only way they will avoid the mess that will happen if we walk is to get us a fair contract. Miss maggie is too set in her ways and believes we have to have a hostile work environment because we are union. Fact is if management had any brains at all they could nurture a harmonious and productive workplace. But we all know that intelligence does not = upper management- not at Frontier.

They are Kool Aid pushers. Don't drink it. Stand your ground and believe in your skills and know-how because they don't have it. If we walk this company will not know what hit them.

  19. Happy Thanksgiving to my IBEW 363 Brothers and Sisters and all other unions that are watching this Blog supporting us. When I think of all the things I am thankful for today I will be thinking of my friends and family. I will also be thinking of how thankful I am for our negotiating team for how hard they worked on our behalf. I am thankful for all my brothers and sisters who I know will stand with me just as I will stand with them if this is not a fair contract for all. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Local Union 363. I say this with all my heart...not with the empty emotion we got in our e-mails yesterday from company management that cares only for themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Is thankful that we had black friday off this year. Lord knows what next year will bring. I will not accept anything other then a contract that is fair and decent! I'm tired of living paycheck to paycheck and not getting any OT! So come on monday meeting in harriman!

  21. Hope all my brothers and sister had a great Thanksgiving. As we approach this next week, we need to vote as a group. Don't let management try to "buy" the contract, by giving to some and not to all. We are united!

I commend all those who adopted a child for Christmas, as I see the light, it's not about local engagement, its about the love for a child's christmas! Yes times are tight, considering no raise in four years, nice to see some folks paying what little they have forward.

  22. My Brothers and Sisters,
The time has come in 24hrs we will know exactly what this company has offered.

We need to stand strong and United. Forget the rumors dont buy into them and management and supervisors can continue to pretend and type in this blog, we know who we are and we are.......

The best employees Frontier has and with that said.......

    Lets get ready to rumble!

    United we will STAND!!!!

  24. In response to the post of November 24, 2010 6:38 AM: Can you elaborate on what constitutes harassment in the workplace?

    ReplyDelete
  25. OK Middletown what are your thoughts? The rest of us are patiently waiting to see the details of the contract but you have seen them...what do you think? If you don't want to share the details of the contract that is fine...that is what our informational meetings are for. I would just like to know what your opinions are about it....good or bad?

  26. PROUD TO SAY IM FROM MIDDLETOWNNovember 30, 2010 at 7:42 AM

I went to the meeting last night and thought it was good. Overall the contract seems fine, its better than what we had in the past.

There is some issues that have to deal with middletown alone and we will see how that goes, but even that is not overwhemingly a bad thing.

I do have an issue with the company.

WHO THE HELL ARE YOU TO SAY THAT COLLECTIONS IS AT A OVER MARKET VALUE !!!!!

    HOW DARE YOU !!

WE BELIEVE THAT YOUR VP'S ARE OVER MARKET, EVERYONE IOS A VP

    ReplyDelete
  27. Basically then what the company is saying is that they consider us merchandise and not human beings. Yeah, we are over market value because we're worth it. Typical of this company.

    ReplyDelete
  28. The first year isn't so bad. The second year it all goes downhill. We need to vote NO so they go back to the table again

  29. Workplace harassment:

    http://www.labor.ny.gov/workerprotection/safetyhealth/PDFs/wpv%20Dec%2028.pdf

This is a great and very simple .pdf file put together by the State of NY Department of Labor.

Workplace Violence/Harassment includes but is not limited to:

    Psychological traumas
    Threats or obscene phone calls
    Intimidation
    Harassment of any nature
Being followed, sworn or shouted at

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!! If you feel you are being harassed at work (and work also means your home if you work from home) you need to file a report with the union.

I urge everyone to look at the link I posted above. It is very informational.

Too many people do not know that they are actually being harassed by management or other workers. There are steps you can take. Contact your union rep. if you feel you are being harassed.

  30. OVER MARKET VALUE!!! SOUNDS LIKE A BOBBY C COMMENT.. HE TOLD US IN NY WE WERE OVERPAID FOR DOING SALES/REPAIR/COLLECTIONS/CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE HIM IN WV, THEY DO ONLY SALES AND MAKE $30.00 PLUS PER HOUR.. I SAY BACK TO THE TABLE AND HAVE NOT HEARD THE OFFER YET, WE ARE NOT SECOND RATE EMPLOYEES, REALLY...!!!

    ReplyDelete
  31. It time to vote to have the negotiating team off the committee. They thought of themselves in this contract! It's funny how they said that they put the vacation issues on the table to make all 3 units the same, but when it came to the raises, it was not the same... Middletown Collections & WAH got screw!!! I will be voting NO!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. not the best but not the worst either. Kudos to the negotiating commitee.I would say generally fair. I think going back to the table would not significantly change anything

    ReplyDelete
  33. We need to stay strong and support our bargaing team. As in the past they can't say anything because as I've been told things can cahange from day to day during negotiations one day you have the next day you may not. If you hear a "rumor" ask where that person who they heard it from let's end the finger pointing and wait until it's our turn for the committee to review the contract. As for the person who knows all about the vacations where did you hear it from if it came out because you may have been one of the people to "help" the bargaining team then shame on you for spreading things before the committee has had the opportunity to inform the membership. As for me I prefer that you stay hidden behind the name anonymous it's easy to point the finger and shout fire then trying to fix the problem or maybe just ask. If the bargaining team wanted us informed before this then don't you think for a minute they would have done so.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Raise should be 5% 1st year and then 7.5% 2nd year. No health premium raise as long as other unions are paying ZERO toward their benefits. 3% 401K match OR a bonus to get us back what they stole from us last year. This company is pathetic and cheap. They should be named worst company to work for in the US. Vote NO to anything less than we deserve.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Union brothers & sisters....typicaly the first painful agreement is not the best the company has to offer..please remember ..we are middle class working people ..pretty much like negotiating for a new car..it takes a little work to reach a contract we can live with without feeling like wtf!!!!..we did the best we could with what we had..so...have some pride and confidence...we will come together after we look it over...don't be swayed by the time of year ...believe me ...upper management is not concerned about buying gifts for loved ones...or united way pledges..or picking names for the children who have no one to buy what they need.....they live in a different world then you and I do...hey our CEO is famous now..thats great for her and us..SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!!!!!

  37. You should all stand strong and unite, we here in WV support you. Although we don't make $30 plus an hour for only sales, but the good wages we do make as you all know are worth ever blood sweat and tear that was shed through the years. Frontier said they could do it better than Verizon and they have not shown it here in WV yet. You great people stand tall, be fair and make them be fair but they are bringing in more contractors than ever before here in WV and things will not get better when they came in and told the public they would hire...well hire they are....contractors no background checks, nothing. Don't know who or what is coming to my house. Quite frankly if they don't have a Frontier badge...not a Verizon with a sticker over it...they are not getting near my house. They agreed to accept our contract here if we did not appeal with PSC, and then don't honor our bargained for job descriptions. Some of them don't exist. And the systems are from 1981. Lord even Verizon as cheap as they were in WV were up to date with technology.

  38. VOTE NO , funny how everything came to an agreement just in time for some to have the whole week of Thanksgiving off. Another pile of dodo. Sounds like Maggie was on video lying to us all, said no more contractors . now I see post WV said nothing but contractors. How bout that crap with hiring Veterans. Wonder how they'll feel when they have to work Veterans Day because we have to work it. It's not even a holiday for us veterans. BULLSHIT thats what they're feeding us VOTE NO VOTE NO

  40. The negotiating committee busted their ass to do everything they could do to get us the best possible contract they could get. Whoever writes something like 6:19 Middletown needs a no vote right in their mush. Don't be a Monday morning quarterback who slept nice and comfy during the game and now knows it all somehow. If you think our committee didn't do a good job - get out of bed, get off your couch and get on the committee next time. With your comments - You are just what the company wants - a union splitter.

Don't forget Ms or Mr knowitall that if we vote it down and go back the company gets a chance to renegotiate too. Maybe they have a few things they missed on their list also. It's still a two way street. We can come back in worse shape too. So let's lose the attitude and lets all make an intelligent decision either way.

To just sayin - we all would love to get what you said but it is not realistic. I do agree that we all could sure use that huge raise and everything else you listed but in reality, no one gets that kind of raise in this point in time. No one.

I am going to wait to see what the committee brings us and I will vote knowing that they STRUGGLED to get us where we are at right now.

Before I vote I will look closely at what we have as a tentative agreement. I will wiegh the facts of what could be improved and what could be lost by going back to the table.

I am confident and hopeful that the majority of our members will vote with their minds and not their emotions.

    ReplyDelete
  41. You will find lying to get what they want is typical of Frontier. A LOT of empty promises. They'll even put it in writing but then never honor it. This is truly the slimiest company I have ever worked for.

  42. WV DONT GET US WRONG ABOUT THE 30.00 PER HR WE SAW YOUR PAY CHECKS SO WE KNOW HOWEVER THE POINT IS WE ARE ALL WORTH THAT AND WE ARE NOT ABOVE FAIR MARKET VALUE ACCORDING TO BOBBY C. IT IS AN INSULT TO ALL OF US TO SAY TO NY WE ARE OVER PAID AT 16.85 PER HR AND WE ARE THE COMPANY UNIVERSAL REPS. AND YET OTHER PART OF THE COMPANY DOING SALES MAKE ALOT MORE AND NOT ON A SLIDING SCALE. THE COMPANY NEEDS TO MAKE THE CHANGE FOR THE GOOD OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES FOR SURE.YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT WE MEAN WHEN YOU ENTER INTO NEG WITH FRONTIER FOE SURE AND WE WILL SUPPORT YOU AS WELL

  43. First of all I want to say THANK YOU to our negotiators. They succeed when we succeed so believe me when I say they really are trying to get the best contract possible for all departments. Sometimes it gets to a point when they have to just bring us back what is there and then it becomes our job to vote NO if it is not acceptable to us. Second I would like to ask all departments to remember our pledge that we stand with each other. I have not seen the agreement yet. My meeting is tonight. Historically this company likes to try to buy the yes vote by giving more to one department than to others. I ask that you look to the people sitting across the aisle from you in different departments. If this is not a good contract for all please vote NO. We have shown this company how strong we are. They have other contracts being negotiated right behind us. We have never been stronger than we are now. Do not be afraid to send them back to the table.

Keep in mind that what you write on your ballot will set the tone for all contracts to come w/this company. former Verizon employess you should be taking notes and heed our warning! Your days are numbered your contracts will come up for negotiation to and do you think you will be treated diffrent? NO you will be lied to and made to believe you are a valued employee with frontier. I have been through this so many times now That at this point my vote will be a big fat NO Maybe even a note added to my ballot. We have to do what is right send a clear messege to this company that we are not going to roll over as we did years past .THIS IS A NEW DAY MY BROTHERS AND SISTER ! A NEW DAY !AND I FOR ONE AM FED UP ! THIS CONTRACT AGAIN HAS GIVEN TO SOME AND NOT TO OTHERS IT IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AND AGAIN COLLECTION,WAH GET SCREWED!WHEN YOU VOTE NO IT WILL NOT MEAN WE ARE STRIKING IT MEANS THEY GO BACK TO THE TABLE AND TELL THOSE CLOWNS WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING THERE CRAPP !DO THE RIGHT THING FOR ALL AND NOT JUST TO BENEFIT YOURSELF ! REMEMBER WE ARE UNITED AND THEY WILL DIVIDE US IN ANY WAY THEY CAN AND IN THIS CONTRACT WE ARE DIVIDED ** BE STRONG BE BRAVE AND MOST OF ALL VOTE NO !

  46. I still dont and probably will never understand how this company can have a "Universal Rep" who is a sales rep, collections rep, and a repair rep all wrapped up in one yet makes so much less $$ than a "Repair Rep" who only takes repair calls and a "Collections Rep" who only takes collections calls! Where is the fairness in that? If anything the "Universal Rep" should made much MORE for having the extra added functions!! If you for ONE second think thats FAIR then you must seriously need a psychological evaluation!

I'm not, nor were many others, impressed with what this company has offered this contract time, each year it gets worse and worse and they wonder where the negativity stems from. Why doesnt upper management look in the mirror are realize the face staring back at them is who has created the negativity and upset in our workplace! How their corporate greedy asses sleep at night is beyond me! Oh wait thats right, they dont lie awake at night wondering how they're going to keep a roof over their families head, nor do they worry about how they're going to put a decent meal on the table because their pockets are fully lined with money WE UNION WORKERS bring into this company! We ALL obviously know that Maggie does NOT care what happens to us, her concern is how successful SHE can be! She's only concerned about HER success and remaining on the "Most Powerful Women" list. The days of having an employer who cares about it's employees is LONG GONE WITH FRONTIER since she's taken over!

Think it's time to touch up my resume and kiss my 20+ years goodbye with this nonsense company!

In response to the post of November 24, 2010 6:38 AM: Can you elaborate on what constitutes harassment in the workplace?"

I've submitted many responses to this and obviously someone feels that the knowledge about workplace harassment would be "stirring a pot". All I can say is go to the NYS dept. of labor website and search on harassment. There is a slot of good info there. I still can not imagine why anyone would want to keep employees in the dark about harassment in the workplace but whatever.

  48. from a very angry WAH rep. Wow after 15 yrs this is the worst contract I have ever seen . What a slap in the face to WAH. Once again we get screwed. With all our lost wages and the union thinks a .34 cent raise is a fair contract?? I won't spend it all in one place....The 50. signing bonus is a joke as well. My only prayer is a no vote and you go back to the table and get us a real raise and the money back we deserve. we shall see how united we all really are

  49. The Mags made a promise to investors to reduce costs by millions of dollars. This garbage proposal is part of that. Don't fool yourselves this company has the money to give us a better contract. Period. Don't let them cheap out. Vote this proposal down and let's get back to the table and make this company get serious about how they treat us. Complacency got us where we are. Let's show some backbone and brains and tell Frontier we want better.

  50. In response to a question from our Tier 2 Members

Every member will receive a wage increase no matter what progression level you are on

Each wage progression will be increased by the percentage that is proposed for that classification each year

The statement that only the top wage progression schedule in Tier 2 will receive a raise is not a valid statement

  51. To all
Stating the facts in paper to let you know its keeping it real. You think you know more because you been here left than a year or a year go knock your socks off, but remember one thing....this company will turn around and DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT.

Talk about Unity, please once they saw that it was all good for them they ignore the other half of their department. NOW THAT IS AN INSULT, you know who you are.

Vote what is RIGHT! This is not A FAIR CONTRACT!

    A PISSED OFF COLLECTIONS CONSULTANT!!!

  52. Responding to the Post on Dec.1st at 10:15am-I totally agree with you and I speak for many in my department!
To the WAH Reps, we are behind you and will not leave you alone in this. To EVERYONE in IBEW 363, we came together with a YES vote to strike if necessary...that in itself was a LOUD statement to Frontier. PLEASE look at what is the best contract for the whole not a few...Please...remember a few weeks ago rumor on the street was "39" members were in serious jeopardy...change in the schedule-freezing of salary-REMEMBER-however the proposed contract sings a different tune...we all appreciative how long and tiring this has been, BUT we have to do what is best for the whole!!!!
