Subject: RE: Ending the year

Hi again everyone,
I have received some emails from employees who think they cannot participate in Take the Lead.  I want to clarify eligibility for Take the Lead.  Commissioned Representatives are eligible for Take the Lead for the segment they don’t sell to.
·        For example, a Residential Call Center representative can refer business leads and a Business call Center representative can refer residential leads
·        The Powerpoint presentation attached outlines all the Take the Lead Program details
Take the Lead Contacts:
Minnesota: 866-454-3706 option 1 for Residential, option 2 for Business
North Central Properties (NCP): 888-772-3501
WV (New Frontier): 800-220-5894
All other areas: 888-392-5323 (LEAD) option 1 for Residential, option 2 for Business
Residential Leads for East Region After Hours or Community Events- 866-544-5585.

·        The Link has all the submission information…cut and paste this in your web browser to get to it:

So all employees are eligible in the call centers for the Super Bowl incentive, beyond the great incentives month by month that we have like Wrap It Up that we don’t offer to all employees.

Thanks,
Cecilia

  1. Are the number of overtime hours that a craft employee works supposed to be posted within a department?

  2. To the answer for the above post, I have copied the Article of the contract.

7.02 The Company will make every reasonable effort to equalize, as nearly as possible, the opportunities for call-out overtime and scheduled overtime for employees by primary function in each job classification and reporting center or work group. The Company will post lists of each type of overtime monthly for each work group reflecting the number of overtime opportunities and hours worked during the previous month.

So the answer would be yes, the company must post the overtime monthly for each work group.

A couple of thoughts on the WAH situation: Yes, Those folks really left an in-house consultant Job with around $19/Hour Pay and Sales awards, to take a Position working from Their Homes for less Hourly Wages. However, in fairness to those reps, They did NOT agree to sharply reduced sales calls, replaced by repair and collections calls, as well as irate customers calling in to complain about experiences with unprofessional & inept Deland reps. I do sympathize with those Professional and extremely knowledgeable former Gloversville Center reps- They did get the shaft 4 Years ago. Unfortunately, We cannot go backwards. Hopefully- going forward, the WAH Program as a whole will improve with age- like fine wine.

  4. Merry Christmas to all my IBEW 363 Brothers and Sisters, as well as the entire unionized Frontier workforce.

And thank you Frontier for screwing up our retro checks for the GWI and P4P. I expected no less.

  6. Merry Christmas to all my IBEW Brothers and Sisters. Yup just as expected I got my retro check in the mail today but the banks were closed by the time my mail was delivered so I guess I'll be waiting til Monday to cash it. WAH gets the shaft again. Next time just get our paychecks right.
