CECILIA MCKENNEY ALLOWS REPS TO PARTICIPATE IN TTL
I have received some emails from employees who think they cannot participate in Take the Lead.  I want to clarify eligibility for Take the Lead.  Commissioned Representatives are eligible for Take the Lead for the segment they don’t sell to.
·        For example, a Residential Call Center representative can refer business leads and a Business call Center representative can refer residential leads
All Classifications in all areas should be selecting their vacations for 2011.

  1. Are the number of overtime hours that a craft employee works supposed to be posted within a department?

  2. To the answer for the above post, I have copied the Article of the contract. 7.02 The Company will make every reasonable effort to equalize, as nearly as possible, the opportunities for call-out overtime and scheduled overtime for employees by primary function in each job classification and reporting center or work group. The Company will post lists of each type of overtime monthly for each work group reflecting the number of overtime opportunities and hours worked during the previous month. So the answer would be yes, the company must post the overtime monthly for each work group.

  4. Dear Brothers and Sisters

If your department is not posting your monthly overtime report, please ask your supervisor to do so or contact either a steward in your building or myself.

    Fraternally yours

  5. With all due respect, we make our requests for the overtime postings and then they are honored once or twice and then same old same old......nothing for months. Our requests have no teeth.
We need to have our union officers check for these postings regularly. If they're not there..let the grievances begin.
