  1. Team meetings being held throughout assignment this week, the intimidation has begun... "we know you are unhappy, but you should be glad to have a job". MESSAGE to Sherburne assignment management: Keep You "shoulds" to yourselves. I for one won't shed a single tear if some of You management employees are shown the door. Karma... what you put out into world eventually finds itself back to you.

If you don't believe this post ask a veteran member on what they do every contract year

    stay strong and stay proud

We Could be as strong as Verizon, if we only stand together

  3. When management starts begging you to accept their crap you know it's time to come together even more.

  4. When management tells us we should be happy with our pay let's ask why we have a group who will soon be close to McDonald's workers? When they say oh but the benefits let's ask why they wont let us join IBEW medical which would save them millions? Or maybe why they scaled back our life insurance 4 years ago, or why we work 8 years just to get a third week of vacation which is behind the national average. Maybe we can ask how they picture themselves as caring about us and our families when they won't let us use sick time to tend to our children who need us. Let's all remember that we are in this together and management will only be encouraging and threatening us with our jobs because they care about their own jobs.... how many supervisors does it take to yell at you for talking like its a hallway in high school?

    1. Yes, the sherburne psc's culture is very much like high school. On time for homeroom, for class, to and from the rest room, hall passes, study hall, lunch period... shameful... that's what results from incompetent managerial employees. Are You listening sherburne assignment management? The truth hurts, doesn't it?

    2. They do not care about their own families. Let alone our families!

  5. Don't misread Our silence for apathy, sherburne managers, we are very wise to your ways, after talking with experienced assigners. We know how to spread information by facebook and twitter, and we will do whatever it takes to improve our pay. Goodbye frontier, hello walmart!

    1. Yes, sad state of affairs, big (bad) frontier, paying wages much like walmart and chobani. And, all the while expecting top notch performance. Despicable. Message to sherburne assignment management: "you get what you pay for". There's a reason why Sherburne is the "center of excellence", still, despite your best efforts to tear us down daily. And that is: TENURE. You don't get that by paying wages bordering on applying for food stamps!

  6. Does any member(s) have any input on who the supervisors are that are meeting with the sherburne employees telling them about the scare tactics, ex. You have a great job, or other intimidation tactics?
