  5. This is the best center Frontier has.. the work done here is second to none within the company.. people here are trained on things and perform things that no one else anywhere has been able to do... We deserve to be treated like it, and compensated accordingly. We deserve more than an empty generic thank you for all you do, and fruit platters.

First let me say thanks for being an admirer. Hear are some words of wisdom. We overcome by standing together with each other. There is no other way to get the treatment, pay, time off, being able to use sick time when your sick or need to see a doc. Ect. By sticking together we will overcome and we will get what we need want and deserve. Let's show our solidarity and we will get a fair contract.
    REMEMBER OMAHA!!!!!!!!!

  8. Run with the big dogs. This company only wants givebacks. We need to be ready to strike. The 363 cobra will strike when provoked. It's venom is lethal.

  9. Re: Certification for Comm Techs.

Years ago (like late 90's) Monroe (Local 503) techs were trained on regular workdays (2 hours on and two hours overtime), the cost of the training & tests were covered (A+, Network +) and they were rewarded with 3% over the rate that the regular techs were getting at that time. Thought you'd like to know.

  10. Who can deliver lunch to the PSC? Are We now bordering on Anarchy?? Message to PSC Management: Concentrate on how You can manage the business effectively, and professionally, without using childish tactics- like intimidation and harassment. If You are concerned about patronizing businesses not using ftr services, then stop using ALL services in the PSC that don't use ftr services- the vending products, office supplies, cleaning services, let's look at EVERYTHING, BUY LOCAL, spend more money to keep dollars local. Otherwise, PSC employees will buy from whomever They want, no restrictions!

    1. Seriously?! The company is trying to dictate who can deliver lunches to Frontier based on whether or not the restaurant/deli use Frontier services?! Wow how discriminatory! What happened to their "core values" of Being ethical in all of our dealings and Be active in our communities? You can't fault a Business for having services with a competitor, not in THIS economy, especially if the competitor has cheaper rates, offer higher speeds and more dependable services! Hey Frontier, here's a clue; that customer that ported away that you're now boycotting, don't ever expect to win them back because they WILL remember how you treated them and how you've tried to get your employees to stop doing business with them. We're a rural telephone company and business need our patronage in order to survive and make our local economies grow!!

  13. I suggested this in our meeting tonight.. I think we should show our support for the Union by wearing our union shirts on Mondays every week during negotiations.

  14. The employees of Sherburne NY Frontier were shown how much we are appreciated by being given a red Frontier tote bag, a red Frontier pen and 3 puzzles to solve. Fort Wayne Indiana must love their employees by having hot dogs and hamburgers on Monday, Dunkin Donuts on Tuesday, cake on Wednesday, treat bags on Thursday and Fruit on Friday. I guess we must really not be appreciated!! And it shows by how the company treats us on normal days!! OMAHA
