Day 7 Ball / IBEW Bargaining

Today the Union and Company exchanged Economic proposals. This afternoon we had a presentation of the Benefit Package from Corporate.
don't extend the current contract,lets all stay home tomorrow and let them see we want to be treated fairly by a corporation that is making millions of dollars a year.they are screwing us on profit sharing because of a plant in mexico.im curios to see how much that plant affected the ceo bonus or stock option ,or how much it took away frtom our plants management .they take from us financially,expect us to do more with less people,force us to work on our days off and holidays when we should be with family.they make sure they have more than enough management personel while planning to eliminate our jobs.its easy to save money when you let others do the suffering.im sure in a roundabout way management bonuses are increased by the money they save by holding back from any increases we can get.they continue to show they don't ever give us all that we could possibly get by the recent increases given to electricians and leads mid contract,and that was only after they thought there was no other way.maybe if our management team stopped acting as if we were the enemy and realized we all are in this together,maybe then they would try to get us the best contract possible and we would stop feeling as though they were against us.after many previous contracts plant managers have told us we left money on the table.why do we have to fight to get it,as a team I feel our management should be trying to get us the best possible raise so we all can work together for the good of wallkill and ball corporation
