Day 8 Bargaining
Friday January 26 2018 We continued with the Economic Submitals given on Thursday. Still gathering information in order to give our First counter. We meet jointly again on Monday
To Tony and Gil and the rest of the negotiators. You need to fight hard for the leads! From what I see they are the hardest working men in this place. They definitely need to be the highest paid people on the production floor. 2 dollars an hr tho isn't enough maybe 5 more to compensate for how hard they work. You should also look into getting them 15 min long get on break and maybe throw in 2 additional breaks as well. They do a lot of running around maybe you can try to fight to get them a golf cart with built in wifi! Also different color uniforms so every knows who the elite workers are. They should also be allowed to use there phone on the production floor like the rest of the leaders in this plant. One day I hope that I could possibly become good enough to be a lead. They are a shinning example and a Beacon of light in the darkness.. In closing you need to keep those guys happy. Sincerely Future lead It ain't easy being cheesy
